- Asia-Pacific Cities Institute （APCIA） is a non-profit, non-governmental academic organization. In 2015, Dr. Joseph Gao Wuzhou, Pro. Daniel Li Chuanyi, Arch. Cathy Ao Ieong Ieng and Dr. Lin Guangzhi launched founded the Institute in Macau.
